The non-immigrant visa O-1 is for individuals who possess extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics, or have demonstrated a record of extraordinary achievement in the industry of film or television industry and have been recognized nationally and internationally for those achievements.
The classification of non-immigrant visa Or referred to as:
- O-1A: individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, education, business, or athletics (not including the arts, the industry of films or television industry)
- O-1B: individuals with extraordinary ability in the arts or extraordinary achievement in the movie industry or the television industry
