Employment-Based Immigration EB 3
You may meet the requirements for this preference category of immigrant visa if you are a skilled worker, professional, or other type of worker.
- Skilled workers are individuals whose jobs require a minimum of two years of training or work experience, not of a temporary or seasonal nature.
- Professionals are individuals whose jobs require at least a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent and who are members of the professions.
- The other workers subcategory is for individuals performing unskilled labor that requires less than two years of training or experience, not of a temporary or seasonal nature.
