In 2021, a colombian arrives to the united States in search of new opportunities, leaving behind the travel agency that had built up over the years. Despite the pandemic and the global economic crisis, arrives with a suitcase full of dreams, heels and clothing executive, with the intention of finding a job similar to the one you had in your country. As an executive with a passion for the world of travel agencies, its goal was to advise, find the best destinations for families, corporate spaces for conventions and fulfill the dreams of the people with life experiences unforgettable.
However, as an immigrant, had to face new experiences, from cleaning, construction, demolition, to work as a taxi driver latino, food delivery service, waitress and care of older adults. These opportunities allowed him to move forward and inspired her to create a company that would continue to provide advice to other immigrants in the united States, a country full of opportunities for all who choose it as their new home.
In 2022, begins to train as a “Preparer of Immigration Documents” and, at the same time, through his work as a taxi driver, is closer to the needs of the immigrant community. With the time, knowledge, and empathy lead to the founding of Rhombus USED, with the mission of helping other immigrants to find their way and achieve their dreams.
